2) What services we provide

We help you search for an apartment for rent and coordinate viewings based on the details you provide (e.g., preferred area, budget, move-in timing). We may contact landlords/agents, share your request details as needed for arranging viewings, and coordinate schedules.

We do not guarantee that any specific apartment will be available or that a rental will be concluded. Availability and outcomes depend on third parties (landlords/agents), market conditions, and your preferences.

3) Requests, communications, and accuracy

By submitting a request, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge. If details change, you should inform us. We may use your contact details to clarify requirements and arrange viewings.

Viewing coordination is subject to third-party response time and scheduling availability. We will make reasonable efforts to coordinate, but we cannot control confirmation or refusal from landlords/agents.

4) No guarantee; limits of liability

You acknowledge that any offers, availability confirmations, and viewing results are provided by third parties. We are not responsible for decisions, pricing, conditions, or outcomes of any rental agreement between you and the landlord/agent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or any loss arising from unavailability of properties or delays caused by third parties.

5) Consumer information (distance contract / offer flow)

If your request is treated as a distance contract/offer workflow, we provide consumer pre-contract information and allow you to review key terms before proceeding. For consumer rights, dispute/extra-judicial settlement procedures, and information duties, the relevant rules include: Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" від 10.06.2023 № 3153-IX, Стаття 17. For any complaint, you may submit it to us using the contact details in the footer. We will consider your complaint in accordance with applicable Ukrainian law and within reasonable timeframes.

We process personal data you provide (e.g., name, phone, email) for handling your requests and related communications. We also process data for analytics/ads only with appropriate consent where required.

We comply with Ukrainian personal data protection requirements: Закон України "Про захист персональних даних" від 01.06.2010 № 2297-VI.

7) Language of the website
